Both DEKRA / TÜV and insurance companies had tested
VOCAL SCW 1 under all possible,
even remotely possible circumstances in depth prior to approval.
We use only components produced specially for car electronics,
which work reliably in other electronic subassemblies. Siemens
for instance produces the relays.
We fix the components using vapour phase soldering, a technology
normally only used for aviation or military uses (see
our manufacturer).
The switching elements (relays) are doubly activated. Thus
failure of one activation signal will have no effect. Each
system will be thoroughly check prior to delivery.
